Nose without Water Rich Sherry aromas with red apple, demerara sugar, and crème brûlée notes. Subtle leather notes mingle with fresh citrus and clove. Palate without Water Sweet initially followed by bursts of chilli. Rich orange marmalade and bitter chocolate flavours are accompanied by hints of ground coffee bean. A roasted hazelnut edge develops. Nose with Water Sweet initially with subtle chamomile aromas complemented by orange peel and cocoa powder. Palate with Water Peppery with a spicy edge; grapefruit and charred oak flavours combine with a hint of liquorice on the finish. Body Medium. Finish Long, spicy with a lingering citrus edge.
