Nose without Water Delicate Sherry influences with hints of raisin, banana, and beeswax polish. Sweet fudge notes are complemented by crisp lemon aromas. Palate without Water Cracked black pepper with apple, banana, and grapefruit flavours complemented by a milk chocolate and brazil nut edge. Nose with Water Sweet vanilla with dry hay, pear, and toasted malt aromas followed by bittersweet cocoa powder notes. Palate with Water Peppery but creamy with green apple, banana, and hints of orange zest are complemented by a charred oak edge. Body Light to medium. Finish Medium in length with lingering charred oak flavours.
