Nose without Water Sweet Sherry influences with stewed fruits, almond, and fresh citrus peel. Apricot and cocoa powder notes develop and lead to a clean beeswax polish edge. Palate without Water Smooth but peppery with clove, rich orange, and dark chocolate truffle flavours. Subtle hints of raspberry and banana develop leading to charred oak edge. Nose with Water Candied peel, cantaloupe melon, and stewed apple are complemented by a fresh cucumber note. Palate with Water Sweet and creamy with hints of pepper lead to raspberry, plum, and ripe banana flavours. Dark chocolate and charred oak give way to a nutty finish. Body Medium. Finish Long, smooth and fruity with a bitter edge.
