Speymalt from Macallan Distillery

Nose without Water Sweet Sherry aromas with raisin, prune, and stewed pear are complemented by demerara sugar. A touch of chocolate mingles with zesty orange peel notes. Palate without Water Peppery initially followed by stewed apple, orange, and cinnamon flavours. Charred oak mingles with a salted liquorice finish. Nose with Water Sweet and mellow with pear, strawberry, and candied peel aromas. Subtle hay notes mingle with a fresh lime citrus edge. Palate with Water Sweet with raisin, red apple, and banana flavours are followed by hints of cinnamon and mature oak. Body Medium to full. Finish Long with lingering charred oak notes.
