Nose without Water Sherry influences initially with raisin, tangerine, and fudge aromas are complemented by a beeswax polish edge. Dried tobacco and coffee notes develop with a subtle hint of charred oak. Palate without Water Peppery but creamy with rich orange marmalade and charred oak flavours complemented by a liquorice note. The finish has hints of brazil nut. Nose with Water Delicate Sherry aromas mingle with demerara sugar, orange, and festive spices. A savoury note - a hint of fresh popcorn - is complemented by cocoa powder. Palate with Water Smooth and peppery initially with crème caramel flavours accompanied by a briny note. Charred oak and lime cordial flavours combine on the finish. Body Full. Finish Long, balanced, and slightly drying with lingering charred oak flavours.
