Nose without Water Sweet with rich Sherry influences, hints of beeswax, toasted almonds, and a touch of charred oak. Palate without Water Peppery initially, complemented by stewed apples and delicate dark chocolate flavours. Nose with Water Fruity with a slight saltiness with hints of fruitcake and a touch of vanilla. Palate with Water Peppery at first, dark chocolate with grapefruit and peach flavours develop. Body Medium. Finish Short to medium.
