Nose without Water A subtle burst of rum and raisin with a defined malty nose. Hints of rich brown sugar and a fruitcake edge linger. Sweet crème brûlée influences develop. Palate without Water Hints of festive spices - mouth warming, some marzipan, almonds, and a burst of stewed fruits. Smooth and very enjoyable. Nose with Water More delicate with a more pronounced hint of stewed fruits enhanced by charred oak influences and a defined vanilla aromas. Palate with Water Some warmth remains; a robust fruitcake edge, hints of dried fruits, and a burst of sweet Sherry. Body Full. Finish Long and sweet.
