Nose without Water Rich Sherry influences, with hints of raisins and ripe banana. Subtle floral notes with summer berries and lemonade. Palate without Water Peppery and fruity with hints of lavender and fresh green apples. A slight saltiness becomes creamy and lingers. Nose with Water Toasted malt with hints of hay and soft fruits. Cooked apples and stewed pears. Sweet with brown sugar and crème brûlée notes. Palate with Water Sweet Sherry flavours with hints of charred wood. Pear and ripe banana notes with a hint of almond. Body Light to medium. Finish Long and sweet.
