Nose without Water Sweet, toffee notes with a smoky, peaty edge. Fruity elements, red apples, pears, and Sherry are also present. Palate without Water Sweet with some smoky notes, traces of oak with a touch of Sherry. Nose with Water Cedar wood (cigar boxes) initially with a spiced fruit note emerging. Smoky aromas with an earthy spicy note. Palate with Water Fruity with a smoke developing very quickly. Some dry grass and oak also detectable. Body Very smooth. Finish Drying - some smokiness and a touch of oak.
