Palate without Water Burst of mouth warming chilli spices with hints of fresh raspberries. Some dark chocolate influences and a touch of mint emerge. Nose with Water Open and fresh with a delicate hint of charred oak. Fruity with defined Sherry notes. Palate with Water Delicate spices emerge; hints of ripe fruits with a subtle dark chocolate edge and a touch of ash lingers. Body Medium. Finish Long and sweet.
