Nose without Water Rich Sherry, mulled fruits with hints of menthol and aniseed. Honey notes also present with a touch of linseed oil. Charred oak aromas. Palate without Water Sherry wood with sweet spices (mustard seeds and peppercorns). Resinous with hints of treacle, liquorice, and orange peel. Nose with Water Sherry wood with hints of dark chocolate. Polished leather and oiled wood aromas with a subtle smokiness. Palate with Water Smoke followed by rich, resinous Sherry flavours. Fruit elements - figs, prunes, and raisins. Body Full and rich. Finish Sweet Sherry flavours.
