Nose without Water Rich Sherry influences with hints of toasted hazelnuts, ground coffee, and dark chocolate. Delicate beeswax aromas are complemented by orange zest and a subtle trace of cloves. Palate without Water Initially peppery with fresh grapefruit and red currant flavours, a subtle aniseed edge develops. Dark chocolate and delicate smoke combine and linger. Nose with Water Beeswax polish aromas lead to rich fig and plum notes. Citrus lemon and marmalade are complemented by a trace of liquorice. Palate with Water Ripe banana, tangerine and cooked apple. Raspberry and milk chocolate flavours develop and combine with lingering charred oak. Body Full. Finish Long, complex and fruity.
