Nose without Water Sweet and fruity with stewed apple, sultana, and honey. A delicate floral aroma develops. Palate without Water Chilli spice initially with creamy milk chocolate and orange flavours with subtle brazil nut and beeswax influences. Nose with Water Sweet vanilla with pineapple and apricot notes; crème brûlée and beeswax aromas linger. Palate with Water Peppery with lemon zest and green apple. A milk chocolate edge with a touch of aniseed and tobacco. Body Medium to full. Finish Long and smooth.
