Nose without Water Rich fruitcake aromas followed by sweet honeycomb and apricot. Ripe fig, stewed prunes, and cinnamon lead to a beeswax polish edge. Palate without Water Sweet initially with pepper developing on the tongue. Blackcurrant, orange, and raisin flavours are accompanied by hints of salted liquorice. Oily walnut combines with dried tobacco on the finish. Nose with Water Intense sweet aromas - demerara sugar, candied peel, and honey notes. A floral undertone develops and combines with a subtle leather edge. Palate with Water Sweet and smooth with hints of cracked black pepper. Red apple, plum, and banana flavours mingle with creamy white chocolate. A hint of grapefruit is present. Body Medium. Finish Medium; spicy and slightly drying.
