Nose without Water Sherry influences with baked apple and molasses initially. Ground coffee and cocoa powder aromas are complemented by citrus notes. Floral undertones of elderflower are present. Palate without Water Peppery with green apple, orange marmalade, and banana flavours. A hint of dark chocolate is accompanied by root ginger on the finish. Nose with Water Delicate Sherry influences with candied fruit, apple, and pear aromas. Subtle hints of sandalwood mingle with lemon and lime notes. Palate with Water Sweet and fruity with orange, green apple, and banana flavours complemented by hints of cinnamon and ginger. Charred oak combines with lime cordial on the finish. Body Light to medium. Finish Medium with an oily brazil nut edge.
