Nose without Water Delicate Sherry aromas followed by stewed pear and floral notes. Blackberry and apple pie with subtle hints of cocoa powder. Palate without Water Smooth and creamy with vanilla, toffee apple, and chocolate flavours with hints of spice. Ripe pear and lime develop along with banana. Nose with Water Sweet vanilla, butterscotch, and baked apple aromas complemented by brown sugar. Fruitcake and apricot combine with a touch of custard. Palate with Water Sweet and creamy with stewed apple, chocolate, and citrus peel; a touch of liquorice develops alongside charred oak. Toasted macadamia nut on the finish. Body Light to medium. Finish Medium with lingering fruit flavours.
