Nose without Water Rich Sherry influences with strawberry, green apple, and beeswax polish aromas. Delicate crème brûlée and ripe banana notes develop. Palate without Water White pepper initially with orange zest and dark chocolate flavours complemented by a charred oak edge. Nose with Water Sweet Sherry influences with pear, stewed apple, and orange zest aromas. A subtle menthol note develops. Palate with Water Peppery initially followed by hints of strawberry, cocoa powder, and apple flavours complemented by a lime citrus edge. Body Medium. Finish Medium and smooth with a charred oak edge.
