Palate without Water Chilli spice initially which leads to ripe banana, lychee, and orange zest flavours complemented by floral hints of Parma Violet. A charred oak edge develops and lingers on the tongue. Nose with Water Grassy initially with some herbal notes complemented by pear, green apple, and pineapple aromas. Palate with Water Creamy with pineapple, Demerara sugar, and subtle Parma Violet flavours complemented by charred oak. Body Light to medium. Finish Long creamy and with lingering floral notes.
