Cask Strength

Nose without Water Rich Sherry influences with milk chocolate, zesty orange, and raspberry aromas are complemented by spices and beeswax polish. Palate without Water Creamy initially with hints of chilli developing. Stewed plum, clove, and cinnamon flavours are followed by red apple and chocolate. Nose with Water Intense sweet aromas, crème brûlée and fudge notes lead to charred oak and chocolate. Hints of lemongrass provide a fresh edge. Palate with Water Sweet initially with baked apple, melon, and raspberry flavours. Lime and cranberry combine with a touch of aniseed. Body Medium. Finish Long and fruity with a touch of chilli.
