Nose without Water Rich sweet toffee aromas mingle with orange marmalade and spicy ginger notes. Ripe banana and milk chocolate combine with charred oak elements. Palate without Water Sweet initially followed by white pepper. Ripe banana, apple, and chocolate flavours develop and are accompanied by charred oak and a briny undertone. Nose with Water Sweet and mellow with toffee, peach, and strawberry aromas. Spices still linger followed by orange peel and cocoa powder notes. Palate with Water Sweet with ripe banana, green apple, and hints of rhubarb crumble. A touch of chilli combines with chocolate truffle and charred oak flavours. Body Medium. Finish Long and spicy with a lingering salty edge.
