Cask Strength

Nose without Water Sweet honey and delicate herbal aromas mingle with banana, coconut, and pear. Rhubarb and custard notes combine and lead to subtle toasted malt edge. Palate without Water Peppery and spicy with rich zesty orange, apple and raspberry flavours are complemented by milk chocolate. Peppermint develops on the finish. Nose with Water Sweet vanilla, tropical fruits, and hints of Parma Violets lead to cocoa powder notes. Palate with Water Initially spicy on the tongue, with orange, ripe banana, and pear flavours followed by milk chocolate. A subtle hint of lemon grass is present. Body Light to medium. Finish Drying, medium in length with plenty of fruit.
