Cask Strength

Nose without Water Sweet coconut aromas with ripe banana, mango, and peach. Hints of toasted malt and citrus are present. Palate without Water Sweet initially followed by pepper on the tongue. Ripe banana, cocoa powder, and grapefruit combine with oak on the finish. A subtle herbal edge develops. Nose with Water Intense sweet vanilla aromas, followed by ripe exotic fruits and hints of chocolate. All complemented by fresh lime zest. Palate with Water Smooth, creamy, and sweet with vanilla, apple, lime, and banana flavours accompanied by a touch of elderflower. Chocolate and oak combine on the finish. Body Light to medium. Finish Long and spicy.
