Cask Strength

Nose without Water Sweet honey, rich fruitcake, and demerara sugar aromas with a slight beeswax polish note. Palate without Water Sweet and spicy with raisin, plum, and orange peel flavours. Dark chocolate and charred oak combine and are complemented by a subtle menthol edge. Nose with Water Sweet baked apple and cinnamon aromas mingle with candied peel and hints of lime. Palate with Water Smooth and sweet with plum, apricot, and lime flavours. Charred oak and a hint of dried tobacco develop on the finish. Body Medium. Finish Long and smooth with charred oak on the finish.
