Nose without Water Rich smoked bacon aromas lead to sweet vanilla and cooked apple. Subtle clove and cinnamon notes develop and complement a touch of milk chocolate. A fresh lemon zest edge is present. Palate without Water The initial white pepper is followed by Sherry influences and spices. A undercurrent of sea salt lingers on the tongue; cooked plum and ginger flavours lead to oak and peat smoke. An ashy finish in the mouth. Nose with Water Rich almost medicinal peat smoke aromas mingle with sea air and fresh citrus notes. Musky vanilla develops and accompanies stewed apple and spice. Palate with Water Sweet vanilla and milk chocolate flavours combine with stewed fruits and spice. A touch of salt again which gives way to aniseed and charred oak. Peat smoke lingers on the finish. Body Medium. Finish Long and smoky with a creamy mouth feel.
