Cask Strength

Nose without Water Sweet Sherry aromas mingle with red apple, vanilla, and a citrus undertone. A touch of cocoa powder is present. Palate without Water Sweet and spicy with stewed fruits, orange, and clove flavours. Raspberry and a subtle chocolate note combine with a hint of liquorice. Nose with Water Sweet vanilla, warm citrus, and apricot aromas are complemented by charred oak. Palate with Water Creamy with some pepper initially. Plum and apple flavours mingle with chocolate and a fresh citrus edge. Body Medium. Finish Medium in length with lingering spices.
