Nose without Water Sweet with cinnamon and baked apples are followed by cured bacon and honey aromas. A touch of citrus develops. Palate without Water Creamy with bursts of black pepper, dark chocolate, and stewed fruits. Fresh citrus flavours lead to charred oak and lingering smoke. Nose with Water Delicate sweet vanilla and spices followed by sharp lemon and lime aromas. Palate with Water Sweet and creamy with stewed plum, syrup, and orange zest flavours. Cocoa powder and salted liquorice combine with an ashy finish. Body Medium. Finish Long and spicy with lingering traces of smoke.
