Cask Strength

Nose without Water Sweet vanilla initially with subtle smoky notes. Stewed fruit aromas develop - cherry and raspberry - which mingle with milk chocolate aromas. Palate without Water Sweet and creamy with a touch of white pepper. Ripe plum, blackcurrant, and apple flavours combine with spicy cloves leading to a charred oak edge. Nose with Water Sweet Sherry aromas with custard powder and candied fruits. Zesty lime and cocoa powder notes develop. Palate with Water Creamy with banana, raspberry, and plum flavours are complemented by hints of ginger. Lime and chocolate mingle with a charred oak edge. Body Medium. Finish Long; spicy with a trace of smoke.
