Nose without Water Rich fruitcake influences with orange zest and clove spice. Sweet apricot jam and prune aromas combine with demerara sugar notes. Palate without Water Creamy with hints of butterscotch initially followed by pepper. Stewed fruit flavours develop with red apple, grapefruit, and tobacco are complemented by rich oak tannins. Nose with Water Sherry influences lead to ginger and lime notes. A leather note develops and combines with subtle hints of smoke. Palate with Water Creamy and sweet initially with bursts of spice. Baked plum, cinnamon, and charred oak flavours are complemented by hint of liquorice. Body Full. Finish Long with lingering traces of smoke.
