Palate without Water Initially slightly peppery with ripe summer fruits flavours. A touch of charred wood with a creamy milk chocolate texture. Nose with Water A touch of beeswax and aniseed aromas complement the sweet Sherry influences and dried fruits notes. Palate with Water Subtle spice with a hint blueberries and a slight dark chocolate edge. Body Full. Finish Sweet and lingering.
