Nose without Water Fragrant with ripe tropical fruits - honeydew melon, nectarine, and hints of coconut. Cream soda notes combine with pressed apple and fresh lime aromas. Palate without Water Initially sweet followed by grapefruit, raspberry, and hints of ripe banana are complemented by subtle spicy notes. Cocoa powder and malt biscuit flavours develop and lead to a eucalyptus edge. Nose with Water Sweet candied peel aromas mingle with undertones of gorse flower and lime cordial. An undertone of beeswax polish develops. Palate with Water Sweet and smooth with vanilla, red berries, and candied peel are followed by hints of white chocolate. Body Medium. Finish Short to medium with a fresh eucalyptus edge.
