Nose without Water Sweet Sherry influences, stewed apple, and fig aromas complemented by zesty orange notes. A delicate herbal edge mingles with hints of fresh sea air. Palate without Water Initially cracked black pepper tingles on the tongue, this is followed by prune, grapefruit, and red apple flavours. Crème brûlée notes enhance a sweet edge. Nose with Water Delicate Sherry influences followed by waxy lemons, polish, and wisps of dried tobacco. Stewed fruits notes are complemented by a subtle rose petal edge. Palate with Water Cracked black pepper initially with creamy custard, milk chocolate, and rich orange marmalade flavours. A lingering charred oak edge develops. Body Medium to full. Finish Long and creamy with lingering stewed fruit flavours.
