Nose without Water Subtle Sherry aromas mingle with stewed raisins and demerara sugar notes. A sweet malty note combines with strawberry and orange zest. A tickle of ginger lingers. Palate without Water Creamy with developing spices, orange, prune, and banana flavours are complemented by dark chocolate. A hint of grapefruit accompanies a charred oak edge. Nose with Water The sweetness is amplified; rich fudge, ripe banana, and sticky date aromas. A subtle menthol undertone is present. Palate with Water Sweet initially with pepper coming to the fore. Rich chocolate flavours complement raspberry and tangerine. Charred oak and pepper mint combine on the finish. Body Medium. Finish Long; sweet and spicy.
