Cask Strength

Nose without Water Sweet honey, raisin, and milk chocolate aromas followed by dried fruits and smoke. A briny edge develops. Palate without Water Peppery and smoky with stewed fruits and tangerine flavours with hints of liquorice. Nose with Water Sweet and smoky with apple, chocolate, and raisin aromas. Brazil nut and oak combine with citrus notes. Palate with Water Sweet and creamy with hints of plum skin, raspberry, and lime are followed by apple. Charred oak and smoke develop on the finish. Body Medium. Finish Long and creamy with plenty of fruit accompanied by lingering smoke.
