Cask Strength

Nose without Water Sweet vanilla aromas initially followed by fruitcake and orange peel. Caramelised apricot and cinnamon notes develop. Palate without Water Smooth with raisin, fudge, and spices initially. Dark chocolate and hints of liquorice accompany charred oak flavours. A subtle touch of ground coffee is present. Nose with Water Candied fruits, vanilla, and elderflower aromas combine with brown sugar and citrus notes. Palate with Water Sweet and spicy with peach, raspberry, and chocolate flavours. Pressed apple and cinnamon mingle with charred oak and hazelnut. Body Medium. Finish Long and fruity with hints of spice.
